Connect your calendar once, and Klang joins your meetings for you.
You connect your calendar, choose which meetings Klang joins and decide where the meetings are saved.
On Home you'll find the Connect calendar card. Click Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar and follow the steps to approve the connection.
Go to the Calendar tab in the left menu and click the gear. This opens Meeting settings.
We suggest you start with meetings you organize. Then you always know you invited Klang yourself. Switch to all meetings later when you feel confident.
Choose which language the meetings are transcribed in and which folder they're saved in. This applies to all online meetings Klang joins, and you can always move the meetings afterward.
Under Speaker settings you choose how Klang names the speakers. If several people sit in the same room, choose Recognise speakers by voice.
Click a meeting in the list. Here you can choose language and folder for just that meeting, and turn recording on or off.
The Recording tab lists the upcoming meetings Klang joins, with a switch for each meeting.
Done. Next: Who has access to your meetings and conversations?
