In one minute you set your language, appearance and emails in Klang.
You choose language and appearance and decide which emails you get.
Open Settings and choose Preferences under My account. Only you have access to these settings.
System language controls menus, emails and notifications. Under Appearance you choose Light, Dark or System, which follows your computer.
Meeting notes by email sends the summary after every meeting. Turn it off if you don't want them. With Send email notifications you decide whether you get notifications.
