Unfortunately, we cannot change the email address on an existing account. The email address is a core part of the account and linked to login, any SSO integrations, and two-factor authentication. The sender of an email can be forged, and an incorrect change would give someone else access to your account.
Processing typically takes 5–15 minutes depending on file length. Longer files or peak usage periods can take more time.
If processing has not completed after an hour, contact support at support@klang.ai.
Yes. You can send the Klang bot to multiple meetings simultaneously. Each recording is processed independently.
