Cancelling your subscription
Cancel your Klang subscription through the billing portal.
You can cancel your Klang subscription at any time. Cancellation is handled through the billing portal.
Who can cancel
Only workspace admins can manage the subscription. If you are not an admin, contact your workspace admin.
How to cancel
- In the top-left corner, click the Klang button to open the menu

- Click Settings
- In the sidebar, click Billing
- Click Manage subscription

- In the billing portal, follow the steps to cancel your plan
What happens after cancellation
Your workspace keeps full access until the end of the current billing period. After that, the workspace moves to the free plan with limited features.
No data is deleted when you cancel. Your files, transcriptions, and analyses remain available on the free plan.
Resubscribing
If you change your mind, go back to Settings → Billing and choose a new plan. Your existing data will still be there.
