Guide: Record an in-person meeting
Record a meeting in the room with the microphone button, pause when needed and upload. Step by step with clips from Klang.
Here’s what you do in the guide
- Click the microphone button: It’s in the bottom left corner. Choose Record a transcription.
- Name it, choose a folder: The folder decides who has access to the meeting. You can always move the meeting afterward.
- Start recording: Have everyone say their name at the start. Computer audio isn’t recorded.
- Pause when needed: What’s said during the pause isn’t recorded. Click the microphone to continue.
- Upload when done: Pause the recording, check the folder and click Upload. Discard recording deletes it.
Audio played on your computer isn’t recorded. For online meetings, use the meeting assistant.
